      Cultivating Inclusive Leadership: Fostering Engagement, Unleashing Innovation and Building Talent

      A two-workshop leadership intensive from the Natural Leaders Initiative, Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Cornell Team and Leadership Center.

      These workshops build on each other, but you may register for one or both!

      March 12: Leveraging the Power of Diverse Teams:
      Learn to harness the power of the diversity that already exists within your team, organization or community. This session offers frameworks, practical tools and experiential activities for that will enable you better build support and trust, leverage the knowledge inherent in your group, help people effectively work through challenges, and strengthen your group’s impact.


      April 16: Cultivating the Leadership in Our Midst:
      This session will strengthen your ability to build strong relationships with people from many different backgrounds, help you recognize and tap the diverse, untapped pool of informal and emerging leaders all around you, and provide practical ways to build diverse engagement and leadership for your team and organization by integrating new skills and tools into the work you are already doing.

      You will expand your comfort zone, build the confidence needed to develop and sustain diverse relationships, create personalized action steps that move you from good intentions to intended impact, and build a support network of peers with similar commitments.

      You will receive a certificate from Cornell Cooperative Extension upon completion.

      Instructors:
      The program’s widely acclaimed, experienced instructors creative a supportive and affirming learning environment.

      Cost:The fee includes instruction, handouts, lunch and snacks.

      Community nonprofit rate: $130 for the two-workshop series, or $75 for one workshop.

      Businesses and educational institutions: $180 for the two-workshop series, or $100 for one workshop.
