We will take an in depth look at some of the prime exotic invasive plants occurring in the southeastern United States as well as a more general exotic invasive plant list of over 120 useful species from the region. The first part of the class with consist of a powerpoint presentation underpinning the foundation of the subject. Then we head out to the fields and forest for a plant walk to make the knowledge tangible and see some choice species in the flesh.
