      Fall is almost here and our annual Halloween party is back for Round 2! Put on your favorite Halloween costume and join the Henry River Preservation Fund and the Greater Hickory Jaycees for a spooky fun time at the 2nd annual Boos & Brews at the Historic Henry River Mill Village on October 26, 2019 from 6pm-11pm.   Boos & Brews is a rain or shine fundraiser for the Henry River Preservation Fund and proceeds from the event will go towards funding their continuous efforts to preserve Henry River artifacts and history for generations to enjoy.  General Admission Tickets - $15 Pre-sale / $25 At The Door Tickets are limited, so when they are gone, they're gone! Boos & Brews Activities include: Costume Competition ($500 Grand prize for the best costume!) Spooky Historic Flashlight Trail  Beer Graveyard with the Greater Hickory Jaycees 80s DJ Dance Party with Hear 4 Your Entertainment Local Food Trucks: Cranky Crab Seafood, Pho N Rolls, Hickory Sandwich Shop Paranormal Story Telling  with Soul Sisters Paranormal and Miranda Young, the Ghost Biker from Ghost Biker Explorations And many more surprises to come!  The Henry River Preservation Fund (HRPF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to the conservation and preservation of the Historic Henry River District through educational and community outreach initiatives to connect the public with the Historic Henry River District.  -- Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.
