      Escape to a place where you can fully immerse yourself in self love. Surrounded by nature, healing energy, and fellow women to support and encourage you in your health and wellness journey. A weekend full of yoga, guided meditation, yoga nidra, sound therapy, organic food, aromatherapy, nutrition education, fresh mountain air, and love. This is your time to restore, reset, and revive your inner peace and wellness. A weekend your soul can't afford to miss and a great first step in your wellness journey for 2020. If you're tired of repeating the same cycle year in and year out of setting resolutions and goals and not conquering them, constant stress, and chronic pain and fatigue it's time to take a new step forward and take a different course of action. A course of action to get you to a different result, your result, the result of your highest self, the woman you see in the mirror everyday reflecting outward as well as inward. Make the committment to love yourself and watch your path to greatness unfold. This retreat is for you if you've spent the last year signed to a yoga membership to your local yoga studio and still struggle with stress. Perhapse you've bounced from diet to diet, meal kit to meal kit and gotten zero results. Did you know in 1 year the average person spends $1500 on a yoga membership but still feels daily pain, stress, and fatigue? In 1 year the average person spends $3600 on a years worth of meal kit delivery/plans with less than half keeping their subscription after 6 months? A year long gym membership averages $700 for the year and roughly 80% don't even go to the gym! If you're going to spend your hard earned money on bettering your life invest in the tools to stick to your goals and benefit from the classes you take, the meals you eat, and keeping a calmness vibration in your every day life. Fargas LMT/Coach-Coordinator  Location: Guests will enjoy a weekend stay at the Wheel of Bliss Retreat center with shared accommodations. ( Full of healing energy, mountain views, and access to trails. A secluded mountain cabin perfect for a private espace to reset, restore, and revive the mind and body. What to bring: You will need to bring hiking boots (optional) a yoga mat, any blocks/bolsters you will need for yoga class, yoga attire, and enough casual clothes/attire for your weekend stay. Personal toiletrie items (tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, etc.), water bottle, and an open mind and open heart. Meals: 3 meals per day will be provided and catered with all organic food. Friday- Dinner Saturday- Breakfast, lunch, dinner Sunday - Breakfast Guests can bring additional snacks for each day if they choose. No alcohol or drugs of any kind will be allowed or tolerated. For special dietary restrictions and/or allergies please contact the coordinator directly. Itinerary: Specific daily itinerary will be provided for confirmed guests only. Transportation: Guests must provide their own transportation to and from the retreat. There is a gravel drive way up to the cabin. 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended, but are not required. Guests may park at the bottom of the drive way if needed and can be transported up to the cabin if need be. Please contact Melissa (event coordinator) for questions of arrival/vehicles/parking. Weather: The average high for February in Hot Springs North Carolina is 52 degrees with the average low being 31 degrees. Jackets, boots, fleece, gloves, etc. are recommended. *If for any reason weather does not permit for access to the retreat center a reschedule date will be set at no additional cost to the attendee.
