Have you ever thought about the cost, efficiency, and environmental impacts of energy use in your home? Would you like to reduce your future expenses for energy? Would a community-wide movement to increase energy-efficiency excite you? The newly-formed Johnson Clean Energy District (JCED) is seeking input on the energy upgrades of greatest interest to homeowners and on the hurdles they face in moving forward. This information will be used to jump-start efforts to increase energy efficiency in homes in our county. A focus group will be held on October 17 to collect this information.
